الهدف من الاستشارة:

• تقديم حلول مثبته علميا للمشاكل السلوكية التالية:

-مشاكل العنف الجسدي

-مشاكل العنف اللفظي

-ولاتشمل التحرش الجنسي

مهم:

• الاستشارة لا تشمل اطفال الاضطرابات النمائية.
• الاستشارة لا تشمل تشخيص لأي مرض أو اضطراب نمائي.
• قد تطلب منك الاستشارية زيارة طبيب الأطفال للتشخيص.

طريقة الحجز:

• بعد اختيار الموعد والدفع، ستصلك رسالة نصية على الواتس اب للسؤال عن عمر الطفل والمشاكل السلوكية.
• في حالة الرغبة في اعادة الجدولة، او اختيار موعد اخر: سيتم التنسيق بين الأم والاستشارية حسب الجدول والأوقات المتاحة ويسمح به مرة واحدة فقط.
• تكون الاستشارة عبارة عن اتصال هاتفي داخل السعودية، واتصال عن طريق زووم او قوقل مييت لخارج السعودية.
• في حالة عدم الرد ع الاتصال خلال ربع ساعة دون اشعار مسبق، تعتبر الجلسة لاغية.
• المبلغ غير مسترد.
• تتضمن الاستشارة متابعة لمدة اسبوع فقط عن طريق الواتس اب.

ملاحظة:

• ليس من اختصاصي المشاكل التربوية بين الوالدين.
• في حالة رغبة الأم في البدء بعد مدة لا تتجاوز شهر في المتابعة فلا مانع، اما في حالة مرور اكثر من شهر على الاستشارة الأولية، يتم دفع استشارة جديدة منعا للاحراج وحفاظا على الجودة ووقت الأمهات المتابعين خلال نفس الفترة.

• هذه ليست استشاره لتدريب الحمام ولا يقبل النقاش في تدريب الحمام خلال هذه الاستشارة

Consultation Purpose

To provide evidence-based solutions for the following behavioral concerns:

• Physical aggression
• Verbal aggression
• Note: This consultation does not cover cases of sexual abuse.

Important Notes

• This consultation does not cover children with developmental disorders.
• This consultation does not include medical or developmental diagnosis.
• The consultant may recommend visiting a pediatrician for further evaluation or diagnosis if needed.

Booking Policy

• After selecting a time slot and completing payment, you will receive a WhatsApp message to collect basic information (child’s age and behavioral concerns).
• If you wish to reschedule or choose a different time, coordination will be arranged based on availability.
• Rescheduling is allowed once only.
• The consultation will be conducted as follows:
• Within Saudi Arabia: Phone call
• Outside Saudi Arabia: via Zoom or Google Meet
• If there is no response to the call within 15 minutes without prior notice, the session will be considered canceled.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• The consultation includes one week of follow-up support via WhatsApp only.

Additional Notes

• This consultation does not address parenting conflicts between caregivers.
• If the mother wishes to resume follow-up within one month, it can be arranged.
• If more than one month has passed since the initial consultation, a new consultation fee will apply to maintain quality and fairness for ongoing clients.
• This is not a potty training consultation, and potty training topics will not be addressed during this session.
